Piper Archer II
The Archer II's low wing design and large cabin windows offer clear panoramic views and provide a sleek stance on the ramp. The Southeastern Minnesota Flying Club's Archer II is suited for a wide variety of missions. But it's top speed of 125 knots, impressive range, generous useful load and state of the art avionics make it a popular choice for cross country day trips. Our Archer II is well-equipped, with dual Garmin G5's serving as attitude indicator (AI) and horizontal situation indicator (HSI), a Garmin 750Xi GPS with weather and traffic data display, and a dual-axis Garmin GFC 500 autopilot, which will significantly decrease pilot workload and increase passenger safety when traveling in instrument conditions. Rounding out the avionics are a Bluetooth equipped Garmin GMA 345 audio panel and Garmin GTX 345 transponder.
